550cc injectors for 7MGTE Mon, 05 July 2004 14:04 Go to next message
Brand New 550cc injectors, aftermarket for 7MGTE.

These injectors are brand new, and replace the stock ones, so you can run higer boost and ensure your engine does not lean out. Very hard to find.

$610 delivered to your door.

they should fit.
the 3tgte injectors fit my 18rgeu fuel rail and so do the 7mgte's..
but you might have to splice in the connectors..

Celicaboy, why are you after high impedance? If you're doing the Reimer Lexus AFM mod you'll need low impedance injectors

Dan

Got a aftermarket computer so no AFM!!! It requires high impedence injectors or a resistor on each injector bank. I found some for $140 each so I got them. Thanks for the advice anyway, cheers.

Can anyone tell me why low impedence injectors would be used over high impedence or vise versa? i have a haltech(fuel only) but not sure which type of injectors it would be compatible with..?

because the low ohm injectors open and close faster. It's a more precise measure of fuel. You'll have to dig around the Haltech website and see if your ECU is compatible with the low ohm injectors. most aftermarket ecu's are.

yes if they fit a 7mgte fuel rail. so will the 12a/13b mazda injectors.. Wink

With some ecu's the low impedance can cause the drivers to go into thermal shut down (over heating) due to the lack of resistance.

only if they are run without a resistor to bring the circut total resistance back up to near stock specs.
