rebuild or 2nd hand gearbox

I have the option of having my C56 20v gearbox rebuilt for approximately $600 or i have the option of buying myself a 2nd hand 20v box for about $200 that had approximately 80000kms on it.
Would the rebuild be the best option i think it would be or do you think i should go for the 2nd hand cheap way?
