3TGTE electrical question

I have a 3TGTE in an RA60 celica, it crapped itself i while back and after finding the fuel pump had no power i traced back the wire through the relay to the computer, the computer is not outputting power on that pin. I assume either the computers fucked or its not getting power. If anyone knows which pin to check that gives the computer power or any idea of how to check the computer to see if its gone it would be extremely helpful. My cars been fucked for two weeks and i just took delivery of an awesome LSD so you can imagine how I'm feeling.
