what computer for 20valve in AE86 Sun, 18 July 2004 10:24 Go to next message
What computer should i use for my 20valve conversion. i had microtech LTX 8 in mind. I s this the one?
If someone has a second hand computer available for the 20valve for an AE86 then please let me know

Its probably cheaper to buy the standard ECU from the same place you got the engine.

Buying the aftermarket has its benefits, but does cost you money:- buying it, installing it, tuning it, and if you stuff up, you got to rebuild it. Dyno tunes aren't cheap from what i remember -> correct me if i'm wrong

at the end of the day, it doesnt really matter what ecu you ruin, the ECU will only be as good as its tuner...
