Ok well next Sunday the car is going into my garage and all the Timing gear, sprockets, chains and tensioners are being replaced with brand spanking new ones
i've bought myself heaps of gear like oil, oil filter, coolant, harmonic balancer puller and the timing kit i should get on Monday or Tuesday,
i also plan on buying a steering puller to pull off the steering linkages, head gasket, manifold gasket, sump gasket and some gasket sealant but am i forgetting anything, what else should i buy to do this big job and have you got any tips for me that i should know about before its too late?
for example should i replace any other items while i'm at it? should i replace the harmonic balancer or just keep with the one on it?
any idea's, suggestions and tips would be great
