Place to get adapter plates custom welded/made [Syd]

As topic states.
I need a new metal plate made which converts the rectangular opening out of my AFM to a round opening which will allow me to put an air filter on I'd imagine it would be just a rectangular plate, with a round cylindrical piece of metal welded on.
anyone know of any places that do this kinda work?
I already tried some exhaust shops with no success.
Well until then, my engine is depending on my sock to prevent shit going in
