Need a good cheap mechaninc for Head Work

Hey all... I need a good cheap mechanic to fix my overheating problem... any1 interested or knows of any1 who can do the work?
Located in east victoria.
My MA61 supra is overheating. I've changed the radiator and the fan but it will still overheat. I've had the thermostat taken out but all that did was take a bit longer to get to running temp.
The symptons are that the engine will take about half an hour before it reaches running temp... but then after another 10-15 minutes or so it will creep over the middle mark. it will then hover between the halfway and 3-4 clicks above for about 15 mins. After another 10 mintues of driving it will then go back down to normal and usually stay there. Mechanics say that i need head work done to the engine. After a week of driving i lose about 1-2 litres of water through the overflow.
I am now hesitant to take it back to another mechanic as they keep changing things and when i get it back it will still overheat.
