Hi guys, I have a set of these rims and was wondering since there are a couple of you celica boys running these rims on your ra65s, what tyres do you use for these rims ?
I just wanna get an idea ... also the cost of the tyres u use for these rims would be great too (that's if you purchased some recently!)
Lez
Thanks

Sometimes it's hard to drive - but I'm pretty sure that's because of being lowered without RCAs and the steerign geometry being wrong.
Shit yeah - non P/S A6s are RARE

No problems at all, and that's lowered 1" w/ Kings springs. It is a bit heavy sometimes to park, but that's it. Sorry i haven't been able to get pics yet - I will this weekend for you

EDIT: Oh yeah. Toyo... 600F3s... Good tyres, but squeel a bit (might just be the way I drive)
|
Try increasing your tyre pressures a little bit.

I run between 34-36 You're right though, my memory of them squeeling a lot was when they were first put on and only around 30-32.
205/70 sounds like a tall profile, Viper. Were you running stock springs? I'm thinking that bouncy soft springs would be worse for clearance than stiff lower ones.

Les, wait until I show you more pics, okay? I'll get them for you tommorow. I really think you might want something a tad wider, they just look wrong from most angles except face on like I showed you.
I got them from Dowling McCarthy (not sure if this is a mainland chain or not) but there weren't many left anywhere in that size, and this was some time ago. Work out what size you want, then ring up a lot of tyre shops and ask what they recommend. Only reason I went there was because my local shop didn't really sell toyos.

Sumitomo HTR200
