CHEAP ma70 in average condition

Thinking of selling this in the next few weeks becaues ive ordered a car from japan. The car will be cheap due to the list of problems it has. I bought it last year and since then ive been saving for the new car so havent spent a lot of money on fixing it.

Anyway here are the details:
* 1986.5 model
* MA70 non-turbo
* Manual
* 210,000KMS
* 3/2005 rego
* New king springs- original height but i have the old lowering springs which are VERY low(all up cost $600 10 months ago and have recept)
* Only mods done to it are aftermarket muffler and pod. The muffler is nothing ricey. I think the last owner replaced it becaues there may had been rust on the original. The new muffler is only about 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 inches wide. Not loud at all. And theres a blitz pod filter in aswell
* Kenwood CD player

Here are the LIST of problems:
1. Passenger side front guard needs attention - i dont think this was caused by an accident but for some reason the door bent inwards a little and when one of my mates opened the door and dint think he bent the passenger side guard in
2. Drivers side mirror needs replacing - havent gotten around to fixing it
3. Needs drivers side molding
4. Speedo cable needs replacing - under say 40 km/h the speedo goes all over the place
5. I think the head gasket is gone (what a suprise to see a ma70 head gasket go). Oil and coolent leak
6. Reverse crunches into gear sometimes
7. Rassenger side mirror doesnt work
8. Rust- about 10cm long by 1cm above passenger door

If anyones after a cheap MA70 and has time to spend on it then this is for you. Anyone can make an offer and they will all be considered
