How do i know if my pistons are dished or flat?

I am running a 4K-C Hi-Cam.

I was wishing to put a 3K head on, but am under the belief that if I have dished pistons I can not do this.

Any ideas for EASY and CHEAP upgrades if I have the flat pistons??

Thanks
