AE101 Suspension Options

Hey there boys and girls, time has come for the Rolla to get some cling in the suspension stakes, shes going in for the engine conversion soon, I'm just getting all the quotes rounded up.
At the moment I've Got my Rolla AE101 Sedan 1995, sitting on KMAC Lowered Springs about 2.75 inches, the shockes are pretty much gone, and the ride is decent, but abit bumpy.
Anyway I've got a decent budget and I've been quoted the following by a one performance store:
TODA Racing Fighter F/S - $4650 Coilover setup
Tein Flex with Internal Controller - $3700 Coilover Setup
Aside from that what would I need to purchase, eg.Swap Bars, bushes, Camber Kits etc ?
What would this total price be for something relavtively comprehensive on the rolla ? As you can see by the above prices, I am willing to spend abit on getting it right.
I'm also selling my 18's and going for some decent Jap Alloys, eg.Rays or Racing Harts, any help regarding this would be great too
