problems with my car

I know that its not a toyota car but i was just asking a question. I have a 3 cylinder Auto suzuki swift ~200 000km, it overheats and had been using water, a sealant was run through it but only worked for a couple of weeks. It is also very shaky when it starts. I have been told that the head will have to be removed to find the problem which could end up being a big cost. And that soon i could also expect the Auto transmission to go another big cost. He suggested i sell the car. Does anyone know what would be best to do?
thanks all

Is there a sort of white residue mixed with the oil? This would indicate a possible head gasket problem.

Is there Bubbles in the radiator. Over heating and if suspect head gasket wouldn't expect to have water into oil. I would more look at combustion gasses into the cooling system.
Hope this helps
