3K head to 4K block, wher from here

I finallyl picked up a 3K head today i think its the bigport its a 3K-H engine from a KE36 wagon, is this a bigport the numbers on the head are 12416, 66 between middle sparks and compliance plate says 3K-H, i called around from some prices of recos and porting and got $210 reco, $520 street port and reco, is these prices respectable?, the head has cleaned up quite well, basically i need to know what is neeeded to fit this head to a 4K block , do i need to change the 4K rocker arms and pushrods fro the 4K block,? i was speacking to a guy today bout the compresssion ratio gonig up and he said to get a stronger bottom end to deal with it so i mgiht pick up a 4K at the wreckers but i think its seized, is there any technical documents that i can get to find about exchanging heads from 4K to 3K and would a manual give a description,? if no one is able to help me out on here could you pm me with mobile numbers and ill be happy to call you, if not, could anyone suggest a shop to do a quality reco in brisbane? thansk everyone
