I did a search and found the messages relating to Vespas and scooters and getting your license and cost.
However, I got a few questions.
If you have a car license (normal license and over 25yo) do you still need to have L's when learning on a bike? Do you still need P's for some duration of time? Are there any other limitations (engine size, etc) that are enforced etc etc?
I got a car, but a bike would be nice in good weather and for local trips around the 'burbs.
