I'll take 2 pairs as well. Also note that with the 55/60W globes you will not have to fit any extra relays. However fitting extra relays would not do any harm. But if you do fit any larger wattage globes, you will have to use relays.
Again, i'll take 2 pairs. When is this happening?

With the twin headlight setup in the RA28's... I understand (but might be wrong) 1 set is low beam and then both for high beam. So does that mean that 1 set should be just a set watt, and the other pair should be a higher watt?

All the celicas are like this. It just means you dont connect the low beam element on the hi-beam only globes.

Perhaps TheNav measured his lights across different reference points than the manufacturer? The lights in TA22 are of industry-standard 7" round type.
This is why there are also other cars which will fit these lights, including some early Corollas, old H# holdens, Toranas, Geminis, Ford Escorts, etc.
