Thu, 09 September 2004 12:02 Hi, I'm kinda new in this forum but i'm wondering if there is anyone out there who has done the conversion that is willing to give a couple of pointers to a newbie and his backyard mechanic? The engine is basically completed (reconditioned everything with new gaskets) and i'm jus waiting on the delivery of a new clutch and oil relocation kit. The wiring is proving to be an absolute bitch. Is there anyone out there who can give me a couple of pointers on what to do? i've read the webpages regarding the conversion on celicasupra.com and the one from NZ (andy.net or somethin like tat) but they still leave a couple of vague areas. Namely regarding the ignitor, EFI relay and fuel injector resistor. I have virtually no electrical talents so any help would be appreciated. If anyone is willing to actually rock up and help i could offer some reimbursements... jus to get rid of this persistant headache i've been having for the last 2 weeks. ta Yian p.s. i'm located in the eastern suburbs of melbourne by the way... so if there is any kind souls out there... pleeasseee... any help would be really appreciated.
