4A-FE to 4A-GE

The head on my gf's '92 Seca just went  and I thought it might be time to move up to the 4A-GE. Would it need new computer and wiring etc or can it all run as is with the same gear.
Is the cam shapes the only difference between these engines or is there more than meets the eye.
