red rolla Regular Location: Sydney Registered: July 2002	stolen car insurance question Thu, 23 September 2004 16:37 My mate had his car stolen and used in a ram raid recently and he has no comprehensive insurance. The police recovered the car but it was written off in the car chase. Can he get compensation from the guys who stole it or will he have to sue for damages or something?
