Overnight my MT8 and handcontroller were stolen out of my car. So im just putting this up so if people come across a 4AGE programmed MT8 for sale be wary. There are pictures of the ECU in http://gallery.dysfunction.ws
They were stolenn from my parents place in Queanbeyan.
Btw how do you tell it's yours? Did you inscribe your initials / name somewhere?
Also, the ECU would be set up for a 4AG so if the thief had a different motor or sold it to someone else, they'd have to send it back to Microtech for a new map if the motor was anything but a 4AG?
i feel for ya man. i kno exactly how you feel. my mt8 and hand set was stolen from my house out of my trueno bout a week after i got her tuned. hope ya find the bastard that took it.
