What injectors for 3rd gen 1g????

OK guys i have done some searching and found the following out
1. Gen 3 injectors are high inpedence
2. 7m 440cc injectors wont fit loom plug
if this is so what injectors can be used over standard and before you say it im planning to use aftermarket computer and a gt series turbo, thanx in advance for any help u may be able to give, on a side note would it be possible to take the plugs from the gen 2 and splice them into the 3rd gen loom or am i being a total prat and not considering the aftermarket wiring?
