gt4sure Newcomer Location: Canberra Registered: September 2004	Clutch for 3sgte Wed, 29 September 2004 13:36 hi all i have just had a full engine rebuild with full forged internals and a high flowed ct20b turbo i previously had a single plate 5 paddle ceramic clutch but it hasnt handled the power that well . i though it best to update the clutch before its all put back together i made some enquires and a twin plate isnt going to fit inside the bellhousing of my box . The hiperboost conroller brings boost on so savgave...i love it. that the clutch had started to slip . my question is i have around 2400 lbs of clamping presssure now and made 190 kw to all fours im expecting over 200kw this time . so how much furhter do i need to go . the clutch guy reckons that he need only change the actual clutch material to handle the extra power . but i have my doubts any help appreciated [Report message to a moderator]
