Anybody know of a decent Engineer that doesn't cost the earth. I got my car engineered last year at a cost of $300. I thought that was a good price. Now I have saved up enough to by some better wheels and I am ready to fit 17's. Problem is I need to get the car engineered again. You would think that the Engineer would only charge say $50 to get the report he has on his computer, change wheels 15 in to wheels 17 in, allocate a new report number and print it out. No he wants the full $300 for about 10 minutes of work. This means anytime I make a modification that needs to be engineered I am charged at the cost of a whole certificate again. Do other Engineers out there follow the same principles. Had any similar problems. Can you recommend somebody.
