ToKeN-MR2 Regular Location: Melbourne Registered: October 2004	Pinging like a grain of sand Wed, 13 October 2004 08:30 My friends '87 Celica SX makes a pinging noise while driving like a bit of sand flying around or something. he had this problem and so installed new spark plugs and cables, it went away for a bit but now its back, and it happens in every gear, it only used to do it in about 3rd. any ideas? (he has tried High Octane fuel too) [Report message to a moderator]
