WNTD inlet and exhaust manifold flanges for 20v head

i am looking for the inlet and exhaust manifold flanges for my 20v head. i am making a new inlet plenum and exhaust manifold for my ae82 and would rather have these on hand b4 i start, as i dont want the car off the road for long when i do the upgrade.
so if any one could make these up for me or knows where bouts i could get them i would appreciate it.
