My new 90 Celica GT4 - NEW PICS!

Hi Guys,
I am new to this forum, so hello everyone.
I purchased a GT4 about 3 weeks ago. I am very happy with it. The car has 183 clicks on it. It has been taken car of really well, so i am very happy.
Below are the specs:
1990 Celica GT4 (Burgundy)
Aftermarket stuff:
1. 2.5 Mandrel bent exhaust
2. Hi-flow Cat
3. Dump pipe
4. Turbosmart BOV/Manual Boost (running on 12psi) controller
5. K&N Filter
6. Pedders Lowered
Other Extras:
1. Autometer boost guage
2. Leather wheel, knob
3. Sports pedals
4. New Pioneer MP3 Deck + a few other sound goodies.
The only problem with the car is with 1st and 2nd gears, they are a little sticky and sometimes a bit annoying to shift into and from. Any suggestions to fix this?
A few questions.
What other mods/rebuilds should i look into if I want to make the engine more solid. It has 185 clicks on it, and although it runs well, should I be looking into rebuilding anything soon?
How difficult is it to source a front mount for it, and how much would this cost. I am aware that I would need to source a Group A nost for it.
