Who Drive a White MX73 in NSW - Spotted in Victoria

Hey All,
My brother on a way to a mates place saw a White MX73 with either a 7M-GTE or 1JZ-GTE, he tried to line up to tell the driver that he would like to meet him but blew him at the lights because he was driving mum's Commodore.
He discribed it has a White MX73 with "Something non standard" under the bonnet with a dint at the back of the car and has the Toymods sticker on the back window of the car. The Rego starts with a "W" and I do have the rest of the plate but I will not publish it on the net. Who is it?
It was spotted on Morris Road Hoppers Crossing @ 6PM today (Tuesday)...
