1jz single turbo selection

Ok, it is time for me to choose a single turbo for my Corona with 1jz-gte and auto gearbox. I already have ECU, intercooler and fuel system. Will be getting gearbox upgraded soon also.
So the car weighs in at approximately 1150-1200kg and my goal is 11's on street tyres and 10's on slicks in the future. Obviously, this is not going to happen without some trial and error with suspension settings.
So far I have found 4 viable turbo options. These are:
1.
New Internally wastegated 480hp "Hybrid" turbo, 1 year warranty
joiner manifold using stock manifolds
dump pipe
oil lines
inlet pipe
2.
New Super T70 600ish HP, 1 year USA warranty
need external gate
6 into 1 with external wastegate flange
dump pipe
oil lines
inlet pipe
about $300 more than option 1
3. (all included)
Second Hand HKS ta45s kit 650hp, 30 day warranty
6 into 1 manifold
50mm external wastegate
4" dump pipe
oil lines
inlet and airfilter included
about $300 more than option 2 (will be checking this kit out this weekend)
4.
Rebuilt HKS T04R kit 700hp which inludes , don't know about warranty.
6 into 1 stainless manifold
second hand HKS wastegate
then I need
dump pipe
oil lines
water lines?
inlet pipe
about $600 more than option 3
So option 1 & 2 I will be buying everything seperate, option 3 comes with everything but it is made for a supra and I don't know if it will fit in my Rona. It should but not positive. Option 4 comes with most of the stuff but have to get a couple of bits done.
What do you think??? 
Oh and before anyone says, "get a GT35", they cost about as much as option 3 so I can't afford that.
