Please, Help with Twin Solex cable throttle mod

Hey, wondering how everyone has done this?
Linkages gave way, and i want cable.
Do any of you have pics of the parts you used to make your cable throttle? Or even just instructions.
I have made one already, but its using a small moon shaped cable runner which i found on an 18r-c carby, but the accellerator is far too stiff! Im gathering that semi-wheel runner is not big enuf to cope with opening the two butterflys correct?
Anyone, instructions, diagrams, etc!! plez:P
