3tgte Turbo upgrade

Just wondering a good upgrade would be for standard internals for a 3tgte, Fj20 t3?
Im new to the turbo side of things so be patient but if i get a custom exhaust manifold made up what flange shoudl i get it to fit for future upgrade.
And yeh i wantta turbo which will increase powere but i only wana run 15psi max on a good day and 7-10 psi for everyday running around.
