MAP 3SGE inlet questions
Sat, 23 October 2004 04:43
I have a MAP sensored gen2 3sge (non tvis)im putting in my TA22.
Obviosly this requires a new inlet manifold/or modifying the original.Either way the finished product will be far from what toyota intended.
*What effect will shortening the runner length / reducing the plenum volume have on the MAP sensor?
*Would an ideal soloution be to run an AFM+ECU from an aussie gen2?
*Would it be possible to run ITBs on the standard ecu by taking a common MAP reading from each of the 4 throttles?
Car is unregistered so using an aftermarket ECU is out due to them being illegal- this is true??
Help much appreciated.
Tom
