 any ideas on doing up a 94 seca csx

first of all i would like to say hello to everyone as i only found the site today.
also I'm from the campbelltown area so if anyone here has a meeting point near here to go to the meetings it will be good to know.
my main reason for this post is i need some ideas on how to turn my 94 csx 1.8 seca in to a beast, I'm looking at at performance first (don't want her looking mean when she cant preform). so like i said any sergestion would be great it has a 7a-fe 1.8 fuel injected motor. i have found some turbo kit in America for around US$2000-$4000 thats not including postage. but i want to do works not just a bolt-on turbo. so if anyone has some ideas from piston's to injectors let me know and if possible any web link would be great.
so i guess i will see everyone at the next meeting
