Supra JZA70 Vs. MA70 Discs & Calipers

What is bigger, or what is the difference? I was under the impression that they were both the same.
Supra JZA70 (1JZ-GTE, JDM) front brakes and rotors the same as Supra MA70 (7M-GTE, JDM)?
I know that some GA70's have smaller front brakes like GZ20's.

MA70 and JZA70 brakes are identical. I've seen several GA70 front cuts and they all came with brakes the same size as MA70's and JZA70's, but apparently some povo versions of the GA70 came with smaller brakes.

I bought some "JZA70" disks that are slotted and slightly larger than my MA70 disks. Still fit everything, just slightly bigger (and slotted).
They were sold as JZA70, and apparently off a JZA70 half cut. So I don't know

big JON, it's been done before, but it's very expensive. There are a few Jap sites if you search hard for, and i'll try and dig up that show you how it's done. there are a few bits and peices that need changing etc, but it's not worth the amount that these brakes cost.
For your GA70 brakes, if they are smaller than 300mm 7M brakes, do what I did, or get some DBA slotted MA70 rotors and put them on the front.
Nothing wrong with JZA70 brakes MR 1G, they are exactly the same as my MA70's

ALL mk3 supras have the same size discs and callipers. Ive had a set of each come through my house at some stage, and none were different. GA/JZA/MA all the same.
300mmx22 front with single pistons
291mmx18 rear with single pistons.
None were slotted, but all were vented.
The Ghey GA70s had an open diff and a pov w58, thats about the only variants...bar a few others odds and sodds over the different models (86-89 + 89-92)

"pov w58" pfft, my W57 holds up to the 1JZ. Some GA's had smaller GZ20 size brakes too.
