TA22 diff question

mates got a 2T with hurricane headers, 2" exhaust, 32/36 weber, and 5spd behind it, i wanna lock up the diff in it but i need suggestions about with to do wether to put a hilux centre with lsd or TIG it up and what are the diff gears behind a manual? any diff gears better to put in the old girl???, also putting a cam in the 2T what is the best suggestion of the best cam without upgrading springs etc.. and how hard to put it in. cheers
