My 1989 Cressida makes a bad groaning noise when you first start it up and then you touch the steering wheel. It seems to be not too bad when the engine has warmed up and you are driving it. My friend tells me it is probably a power steering pump problem - can anyone point me in the right direction and tell me how much it would cost to replace. There seems to be fluid in the reservoir up to the full mark.
