1G injector data

i'm trying to confirm the flow rates for 1G injectors. These two...
gen 1
yellow
low impeidance
# 23250-70040 7F16
(connector has side locator pins in-line with pins)
gen 3 (i think)
lite green
high impeidance
# 23250-70080 8D14
(connector has side locator pins NOT in-line with pins)
the best info i could find was this thread:

which suggested
-gen1=220cc/min
-gen 3=245cc/min
but i wanted to cross-check these figures (am not casting doubts on ddeane & dabid info, i'd just prefer to measure twice and cut once). The most comprehensive info i could find was this autospeed article on injector flow rates:

but there's nothing in that flow-rate range nor does it list the GTE/GZE variants for the 1G engine.
Has anyone got access to toyota/denso data on these injectors?
