converting 4age fwd water outlets to rwd

hey guys i've run into a problem converting my fwd water outlets. i am using the stock fwd water pump so i didnt have to touch the alternator bracket and i have cut the pipes halfway and installed a remote thermostat. everything is hooked up except the rear water outlet on the back of the head. does any1 know where to hook it up to?
any help would be great
