juzzo84 Forums Junkie Location: Hornsby, N.S.W Registered: September 2002	SNAP, was that the control arm Wed, 23 October 2002 07:36 before the days of my ta22 celicas, i had a corolla SX SECA. mods; resprayed red ROH astron 16" rims lowered lovells monroe GT GAS shocks hurricane headers sports exhaust unifilter pod illegal tints about 10pm i was going out for drinks (had not been drinking at this point). i was running late so i was giving it a bit of stick, went arount a corner at about 60k'z, front right control arm snaped, mounted the gutter, smashing the front lights, grill, bumper bar,front rims,bending my brand new shocks, tore the drive shaft from the gear box and fracturing an engine mount, put me straight in a barrier fence, straight through the fence and stoped about 15 metres off the road on a local oval. GOODBYE MY FIRST CAR, i could not afford the damage bill and did not want to make a claim as i did not want rocketed premiums at the age of 18. In the end i ended up with a car with the drive shafts torn from the gear box smashed rims smashed front bar flat tyres bent shocks and towing fee+ a neg driving charge. NOT HAPPY JAN!!!
