OK guys, heres a problem for you.
I have a ST 20V front cut that has C52-15A noted for its transaxle code on the ID plate that I could use to replace the C50 my ST 20V is bolted to in my AE92.
I also have access to a C5? from a ST 20V frontcut but the the ID plate has been removed. Having a look at it today to try and find some identifying marks on it I noticed that the driveshafts have "56" written in yellow marker on them, I can't see Toyota hand writing things on their parts so I am guessing these are replacement shafts. Is there a difference between C56 shafts and the others? Is there any way to tell apart 52's and 56's gearboxes without the ID plates?
There must be a way.....
