Help head gasket or not??

The car is loosing water from the radiator and steam is coming out of the exhaust. The oil doesn't have any water in it the but the idle is erratic and missing when warm. Now when i plug out number two injector it makes no difference to missing on low revs. Now i changed the injector and it makes no difference. Thats all i been able to trace it down to. Also the compression is still good??
The main thing is its smoking from exhaust (white exhaust) but not oil and loosing water. It also heats up. What wrong with it.. Can the head gasket go from too much boost? The night i installed the boost controller i had no waste gate control and the boost sky rockets but i never let it go over 16psi. Could have i fucked the head gasket. I did have the engine check light go on when i didn't have wastegate controll. If I did do the head gasket how hard are they to replace.
Any advice would be of great help
