Beware: Project 2JZ back on the road! Mon, 22 November 2004 07:14 Go to next message
One of these: $150
http://members.optusnet.com.au/norbee/ModPlate.jpg

Two of these: ~$700
http://members.optusnet.com.au/norbee/NumberPlate.jpg

And now I'm free to terrorise the streets of Brisbane once more. Very Happy

Oh and to make matters worse, I purchased a new external wastegate (HKS clone) yesterday:

http://members.optusnet.com.au/norbee/Wastegate2.jpg

Meanwhile my coilover struts are at Accurate Suspension to get new springs (I thought 950 lb/in was a bit excessive so I'm going for 300 lb/in) and Koni yellow adjustable strut inserts. Probably about $1k once that's done... then I have to get started on the rears.

Oh my poor bank account. Sad

The plate says 106 IJO. Get your eyes checked.

And the pink bits now belong on the blue Supra. Wanna buy it? Laughing

Cool work there Norbs, can't wait to see the strut info/pics.

What is happening to the blue piece of junk ? Selling as a complete car or wrecking ?

Cheers

It's looking more likely I'll wreck it... actually I've already sold a few parts off it so selling it complete is going to be hard! I'll make a decision after I've finished the hub/brake/suspension upgrades; I want to use the blue car as a test-bed for that.

QLD is almost the same as NSW. In fact they might be identical now (I know they were moving in that direction anyway).
