2s-c cam timing setup??

does anyone have a diagram or know how the 2s-c cam timing is setup...we put it on TDC and have tried all the marks on the cam pulley etc but car still does not go..even tried where i though it should be but still no go..anyone know exactly what marks and settings to use to get the cam timing set up right???
