3sgze is it possible?

Hey everyone,
I know things like this are usually tech and conversions - but I'm just after info for dreams at present so I didn't want to clog the tech section with stuff that wont really be of any use to me at least for a while.
I'm interested to know if anyone out there thinks doing a 3sgze (from an altezza 3sge halfcut) is a workable idea...
if so what would be involved...
From my limited tech knowledge I'm guessing a few things:
I'm guessing that I'd have to lower the compression by adjusting the type of pistons...
probably want forged pistons as well but as for anything else...
It's all guesswork and buzzwords in my head 
I'm guessing it's gonna be a costly as thing *probably cheaper to just rwd a 3sgte* but hey I like different
anyone have any thoughts (and yes I did do a search and found only one thread with limited discussion)
