3 litre Turbo Celica TA23 Tue, 07 December 2004 23:45 Go to next message
Hi,
I've recently lost my licence and have decided to sell my car.The Engine is a 7mgte 3 litre Turbo powered by a Microtech MT8 cpu. I've had this car for 2 years and have had no problems with it. Very Fast and powerfull. I had it resprayed black with a deep purple pearl about a year ago but recently was vandalised on the drivers side door and roof but has been repaired although needs to be sprayed. I will post some photos ASAP. I'm after $7000.00 ono. Must sell soon!
Comes with 10 months rego.
Mods include.
Supra Front seats.
Sony Cd deck.
Turbosmart Blow off Valve.
Front Mount intercooler.
Bonnet Scoop.
Chrome Mirrors.
Too many to list.
Currently has a set of 15 inch rims, but I have a spare set of 16 inch rims that can go with it.
email me a Jet6celica@yahoo.com.au for further details.
Thanks

Can you send some pictures to esd@tpg.com.au (or just post some up here). Also wouldnt the whole car need a respray since its a pearl paintjob? (I dont think its possible to touch up with pearl paint). Cheers

I'll chuck some up later on today just waiting for my camera. The Spraypainter that sprayed it reckons it could be blended but obviously won't look as good as it used to, depends on the sprayer I suppose.

I've got the certificates in the car fop the engine, scoop, seats,etc...
It's got a supra 5 speed (manual).
It's still on the stock boost at the moment as I was just using it for a everyday car (8-10psi).
I've got the pics now sorry didn't have time to wash it plus could only get a couple of photos on the camera but here they are.

i stand corrected.

for 1000kg car its 3ltr NA 2.5ltr forced induction.

prove its safe and they'll engineer just about anything.

Hey Alain,
Yeah I finally made the decision to let it go. Probably a good one because without a licence it's too much of a temptation to drive.
Thanks mate.

Suspension was completly replaced about a year ago with heavy duty king springs and new shocks all around as the previous owner chopped the springs. Brakes are pretty much standard I believe except it has the Larger Celica Disc Brakes on the front.

Na na that just means its the older generation motor off a earlier supra like 86 or 87 or something, later model ones had the coil pack
