aftermarket comp question for a noobie

my supra has a greddy rebic lc which says on this little box that it functions as a "boost cut" cancel, "speed cut" and "rev limiter" cancel "fuel increase" for high boost with T.V.V.C
it also says it is a multi functioned fuel controller.
So is the greddy rebic lc a piggy back or a stand alone system
the car also has a Blitz multi fuel computer (says on box) on this box it also says fuel limit warning system so im guessing this is a piggy back fuel system of some sort???
The car also has a Hks electronic valve controller which im guessing is a boost controller has it has a dial and low high and maunal buttons on it and a boost level gauge at the bottom any info on the top two things would be helpfull also does anyone know who could tune these in melb?
