Car is a MS123 with the 5MGE mtr and elec auto box.
On the way home tonight and it started to play up for no apparent reason.Won't change down when stopping for lights etc and trys to take off in 2nd or 3rd but will use first if manually selected.
Also the overdrive off light started flashing when it started to do this and there is nothing in the owners manual.
No i haven't checked the fluid level or wiring as it's dark and wet out there but if someone knows what may be wrong please let me know.
