Ok, I have finished the Crown. I had this thing running months ago but had a vast range of things that needed doing.
The other day I plug in the ECUs. Crank her over and petrol comes out of the exhaust manifolds. That's bad on the Dave good <--> bad continuum. After eliminating the CSI as the source, I became a little more worried. I put a test light across the injector plugs which revealed that all injectors are permanently switched on (hence the flooding).
What might be doing this?
The ECU has never received a reverse polarity. ECUs are sitting on carpet. All grounds are connected.
