I have a 650hp turbo kit that uses a 50mm external wastegate. There isn't very much room to fit the screamer pipe off the wastegate. So I wondering what the affects of running a smaller than 50mm pipe off the wastegate would be?
I know that there is quite a difference in low boost handling between say a 35mm and 45mm wastegate so I am not sure if going from a 50mm wastegate to maybe a 25mm pipe would be a good idea. If anyone knows anything about this, that would be very helpful.
