MAJOR Brake Problems

as the title says, i am having a major brake problem, they seem to go spongy after a while. there is no evidence of leaks anywhere but after about 3 days to a week there is visual signs of brake fluid not being in the resiviour (that holds it). I have blead the breaks from back lft, bk rt, frt lft frt right (in that order) twice and been very careful with how i did it.
This is of major concern to me as i have a rocket 20v and i would like to stop all the time, not just some times

Concerned (not that i dislike going fast, it is the slowing that is concerning)
