installing a high flow ct26 onto an mr2

Sorry a noob to this sort of thing but i'm changing from a standard to a high flow ct26. Sierra compressor wheel and a steel exhaust wheel.
Will this automatically mean my car will run higher boost? Has anyone performed a similar change and what boost did the have?
My car is completely stock except for the highflow. Just need to know if i have to knock up an FCD.
