Confused i am confused...........

now i havnt had this mr2 for long and the story goes like this

its a mrkI 1990 with a 92 half cut. The standard fuel tank and pump. When i first got the car the first problem was the air/fuel meter on the intake. So i bought a new one and that fixed that. The external pump was a little noisy (and i was told that it sounded bad) so i thought i would replace it. I got a new bosh pump aparently rated up to 600hp because i said that i would be doing a few ecu mod's. I put it in yesterday and its 4X's noisier lol well sorta expected that being larger. Now at idle the car runs fine but soon as there is any boost the engin trys to stall. Im not sure if it is under/over fueling????? Should i take the intank fuel pump out?? or can i leave it in there? some say that the other pump will die as it cant pull the fuel though the intank one Sad This is all crap plz help Surprised Surprised but the stupid thing is that it was running fine with the other external pump in it...........
